MechMonitor^TM is a portable "smart" condition monitoring and management total solution designed specifically for industrial machinery applications. Its design simplifies and reduces industrial machinery maintenance costs and machine downtime through the use of operator friendly software controlled sensors and "predictive maintenance" programs.

MechMonitor is designed to collect, assess, correlate, and report on parameters such as vibration signatures, temperature, speed and more to help ensure the accurate and reliable prognostics.

MechMonitor is self-learning and customizable. It takes advantage of a large number of advanced predictive techniques executed in parallel and fused in real-time to provide superior prognostic ability, minimizing unscheduled downtime and reliability.

MechMonitor's advanced, integrated hardware circuitry and software systems perform cutting-edge analysis and through its diagnostic algorithms provides vital machine operating information to continuously optimize and enhance maintenance scheduling decision-making, and to help rapidly and reliably identify and address the root cause of machine problems.

MechMonitor also incorporates data-logging capability, allowing the user to optionally download the data history for off-line analyses and is being made available in cabled and wireless options - permitting transmission of data to local or remote locations including through web-based protocol. It also easily interfaces to total plant control management systems ensuring a smooth process flow throughout the plant. Its low power design is ideally suited for wireless remote sensing and monitoring.
